Being well acquainted with the various complexities that may arise during business rescue and insolvency matters, Over the past 7 years, Kholosa uses her analytical and strategic-thinking skills to anticipate and proactively address these wherever possible.

She holds an LLB, a Diploma in Law and she has completed short courses in Corporate Law, Corporate Governance and Compliance Essentials.

She brings over 10 years experience within the HR professional services sector with experience in Construction, Engineering and Energy Sector. Puseletso assists the business with identifying training and development needs and organizing relevant programs. Handling disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
